I have been poking along with my ATX for awhile on a couple of little patches , the gold has been at depth . After much loving to the wife on reading how good the Zed was suppose to be, I finally got my way last month. I went to one patch nothing but pellets, second day second patch , well on my way to second patch , I was about to step over a fallen log and a target though faint it stopped me in my tracks . Repeatable so dig , down about 18" out popes a nice 18 grammar. so then I looked back and thought I was stopped for a resin , started to secrecy back where I had come from about 4mtrs another target 10g . Did a happy dance in the scub as I was alone and I could . 4hrs later was on me way to the pub for lunch with 5.5onces in my pocket! Took pics as they were. Then once cleaned the wife was looking at them and made an Australian 5oncer! I all I got is Zed fever! Reguards Squizz

That worked , some peaces I found with me atx , as you can see from the hole of the speci not bad on depth at setting of 11 .

I have used the atx for a awhile now and if garret would bring out the new coil that they were supposed to it would improve the depth and hopefully stop the faulsing when sensertiverty is above 11 , as this is an annoying issue when targeting deep nuggets in scrubby terrain. PS , JP can you help I have some pics I would like to share but they keep failing to load, any secrets to help? ?

Thanks Steve I have read the post, thought you might have had some more info. Does anyone know how the infiinium coils go , have read posts on the 5"+ 10" any on the larger coil , and does it have the same depth?

Hi Steve, I have used the atx just for hunting nuggets in OZ .works well . Will put some pics of finds from Nth Qld . Regards,Squizz

Hi, new here , I would like to know if anybody has any idea of when the new!! Coils are coming out for the atx , l need one and don't want to buy one and then have new one available. I have had a good run with this detector using it for nugget hunting. regards, Squizz
