  1. The front coil has a usb-c charging port to plug the charging cord in. Wayne
  2. That would be funny. We dug several caches years ago using the Garrett TreasureHound coil. We didn’t dig any deeper than 3 feet because it would have been hard to bury them deeper.
  3. Xp wouldn’t like that lol. We actually have 2 in stock, found a third one in another box. They are on our site and EBay. Wayne
  4. Just an update, we got in two of the XTrem Hunter coils today in the USA. One is presold, the other is live online.
  5. Gerry, Teri and RoBert are the only dealer distributors other than Minelab direct and KellyCo that I know of. I was eluding to KellyCo getting some too. Of Course Minelab Direct also sells to the big box retailers like Cabelas. Glad you got some early ones, we are still waiting. We do a lot of military also. Like you probably experience, some have already used their annual discount and we still work with them in honor of their service. Good to see you enjoying your Manticore at the beach! Wayne
  6. Let’s hope it’s Manticores. The video on the new Nox versions said those products were on their way to Minelab America, so might even be a mixed shipment. Wayne
  7. That's 700 preorders for one of 3 USA Distributors. I think he has about 80 Minelab Dealers. I have 35 on order out of that 700. Some dealers only drop ship, so they may only have a few on order. When the Nox came out, we only got a few in our initial order and it took about 3-4 months after shipping started to receive our full order. We don't require payment up front, but some dealers do. I'm surprised that they would release two additional products before they got the Manticores all built. I'd guess it's a marketing decision to get people to hold off buying competing product. Wayne
  8. That’s 2 distributors, there is still Minelab direct that some dealers use. They actually have some Nox 700 and Nox 900s on the way to Chicago on Friday. No quantities mentioned, but at least the product is released.
  9. Talked to two of the distributors today. They are only receiving 7 each. So 14 units between 250 USA dealers. Not looking like too many will get them in time for Christmas. Wayne
  10. Sun Ray sold out a few years ago to a well known dealer on the east coast. As others have said, this will allow your detector discrimination settings, headphones and VDI to work with the probe. One thing to note is that it is not waterproof. He’s expecting to start shipping to his dealers in October. Wayne
  11. These can sometimes be customer returns or Amazon returns in the first 30 days. If its advertised online, dealers are required to show the serial number of the unit in the listing. Wayne Metal Detecting Stuff
  12. Steve, it's under warranty. The USA service Center should be able to resolve this if needed. Wayne
  13. Interesting post, Steve. Dealers can order a full set with the HF Elliptical as the standard coil, but not the round HF. Who knows what the future will bring? Wayne
  14. I saw another video of a guy testing his in the water on gold rings. The Equinox was sitting on the bottom, so it isn't going to be a detector that has has to be pushed down because of buoyancy issues. Some users are adding an empty water bottle under the arm cuff to help it bob when released. Wayne
