Steve Herschbach
This is for real so do not be afraid of tossing your hat in the ring. Raw TV has been involved in lots of stuff, including the original Gold Rush series. Pass it along to anyone who may be interested. Alan, you listening?

californiagold
The only dredge I can run is a nokta or makro with a 10" suction coil.

Sourdough Scott
The problem with some of these shows,is you have to foot your own way until the pilot show is picked is picked up. Or not. I don't need a TV show to make a fool of me in their editing. I can do that just fine on my own.

jasong
Hmm, I wonder if dredgers are involved in this show or if its something a producer thought up? Because I've dredged in white water and it sucks because you can't see anything, millions of tiny air bubbles everywhere... I've also tried filming underwater dredging in white water and it's basically impossible due to the bubbles. Maybe the plan is just mostly surface filming...I guess that's where the drama is anyways. Hopefully if they do the inevitable winter frozen filming they realize that getting pushed under ice on a fast moving whitewater river can be death, way more dangerous than under ice in the ocean.
