That appears to be a bit of simi-massive quartz and chalcedony.  The yellowing could be due to iron but its more butter scotch to my view so the yellow could be due to sulfates something else.  Its a silicate.  All thats yellow is not gold.

Sulfates.

can limolite contain rich gold ?

In some cases, but normally no. Limonite is an iron mineral and there is a whole lot more iron in the earth's crust than gold. Its like quartz. Can some quartz have good gold? Yes, but there is loads and loads of quartz with no gold.

No, stick it in your collection.  With all due respect there is no reason to assay that specimen at 200 bucks a pop.  Heck even a dolly will be more time than is needed. *shakes head*
