Short Power Cord For GPX 4500 / Best Headphones

I have a ML GPX 4500 and want to buy a control box cover that has a battery pocket. So, I need a shorter power cord...any idea where to get one (and ensure it meets specs)??

And, any suggestions on the best headphones? ...Killer Bee Wasp?

Any of the online dealers may have a short cord..Doc's or Rob for instance.

I like my SunRay Pros for over the ear headphones and Sony mdr-j10 so I can wear a large brim hat..

Second vote for Sun Ray Pro's. They aren't quite as loud as Black Widows but the sound quality is better. Everything is leather on them too instead of vinyl. I've been beating the hell outta mine here in Arizona for a few years and they just keep on tickin'.
