Garrett has released a new set of headphones with built in proprietary wireless capability, the Garrett MS-3 headphone. These headphones can interface directly with new Garrett models with built in wireless, like the new Garrett AT Max. They will not work with anything other than Garrett Z-Lynk compatible detectors and accessories.

I will definitely be getting this.  The long battery life and ability to use with any detector have me sold.  

Hopefully manufacturers will start making built in systems available.  Detectors such as the T2/F75 with the rear mount battery pack would be good candidates for a manufacturer to convert to Li-Poly and power a complete built in system.

I saw that too... I would like to see White's come out with one but I may have to goto Garrett for that bad boy... be perfect for the MXT, and Eagle Spectrum... which I have a big foot coil for
