The USB ports in cars are notorious for being 1 amp or less so picked up one of these off Amazon to top off the charge between sites if I realize I have left home without a full charge on the NOX.  $7.59.

Brand isn't particularly important just that it is capable of putting out a min of 2 amps  per port.
