Good Buy On Original Tdi?

Saw this while browsing Ebay.  I'm not on top of this market but this looks like and excellent price ($620 + shipping) for the original Pulse ScanTDI (later modified as the TDI Pro and TDI/SL models).

[Ridge Runner]

I had one of the first two hundred of the TDI and it worked great at first but then went south. Sent it in two times but came back both times not working correctly. The third time Jimmy Sierra said give him another. What I’m saying if it goes out it may not be all that good buy anymore.
