Steve, who started this thread, is on hiatus. But to answer your question, from what we can tell, other than the differences in the user default settings, there is no difference between the two modes as far as the base multi-frequency profile spectrum is concerned. I was gone, but Chase gave the answer I would give. There is no difference in the two Gold Modes except the preset they have dialed in.
