mav52
New member from coastal Fl., looking to upgrade to a detector that will be supportive of coastal Fla but not just beach side, but low country areas and inland fields. Minelab Nox 800 comes to mind
Lacky
Welcome aboard! Equinox 800 will be the consensus choice around here. Can't go wrong with it for saltwater beach and inland hunting. If you took out the saltwater requirement you could get by with others, but for the beach as well the equinox is going to be the best choice.
Steve Herschbach
Welcome to the forum. Hard to beat the Equinox for do-it-all detecting.

Joe D.
Welcome to the forum mav52, Hope you find what your looking for here! Depending on your experience level, you may want to consider a less expensive detector than the Equinox! There are several new cheaper and easier detectors now on the market with better coil options! Just elaborate on your experience level, and Steve and the others will set you on the right track! Good luck, and good hunting! 👍💰
