Been finding some nuggets at Rich Gulch Arizona......

All of those trails or roads must make it pretty accessible Manny. What part of the state is that in, north, south? I'm not real familiar with AZ, being in California. I have driven through a couple of times north to south on 17 and some on I - 10 and  wondered about where detecting would be good. Lots of desert out there.

It's north of Lake Pleasant, look up The old China Dam Arizona on Google, the Dam is in no map ...... It was built by Chinese prospectors in 1860 ...... The Rich Gulch is about a quarter mile south from The China Dam...... But If you zoom in into the picture I posted from Google Earth The China Dam is North of the Gulch.... You can see it ...... Gold and Relics everywhere found a 1909 China Hupeh One Dollar Silver Coin..... I sold it on ebay within 10 minutes of posting for $300.00..... Then I later found out it was worth over $850.00....... 😞

Thanks for the pics Manny. Looks like a wonderful place to spend some time.

If you like panning ..... Ha ha .... You will love it here ..... There was a guy there living in a mini van and gold panning every day..... He showed me over 50 grams of flakes...... I couldn't believe it ..... He sleeps in has van and it was 35 degrees last week when I went there .....

I was wondering about that small stream when I saw your pics. It looked like it would be a good place to concentrate gold. A person might do well sniping or even detecting if there is exposed bedrock.

It's all bedrock with 3-4 inches of red beautiful soil and black sand covering and upstream it's beautiful to move boulders and snipe .......... Happy New Prospecting Year 2020 !!!!
