Well It's funny because a while back they produced X-rays of the Train checking it for booby traps, So what happened to every thing they reported seeing, it seems to me like they have removed all evidence of it's existence so they don't have to give it back, And now 2 or 3 months later suddenly it does not exist and they are now claiming that "THEY" thought it was there.
