And "detector legs" should be a medical term! After my biggest one day coin haul ever! ( i think it was 243)! kac Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 Go through all that clad, look for some the transitional years and in particular 83 copper pennies. If you have one of those you may get yourself a nice car rather than an Amazon gift card 🙂 I saved out all my 82 copper pennies as those where the last year they were made. End of the run they changed over to zinc and the following year a few copper 83's snuck through.
