schoolofhardNox
Welcome aboard from you southern neighbor. What type of hunting do you prefer. I usually do beaches and cellar holes. I'm in western MA
Badger-NH
I live near the coast so I do it all. Beach, woods, fields, cellar holes. No particular preference. When the beach is good, I am totally there. I don't do much water hunting but will if I get a good inland site. I mostly stick to NH and southern Maine.

Hardtimehermit
Hi Badger, i bet when the surf is up you have a board and a detector on the beach, anyway welcome if you don't already know a lot about detecting prepare yourself for tons of good information here.
Badger-NH
The surfing often conflicts with my detecting and vice versa. The best time to surf or detect is around low tide and when the waves are big I have to pick one or the other.
