XP Orx Got Delivered With No Battery Or Battery Cable

Just ordered a new ORX with the X 35 coil , box comes says on outside all parts inside, I open it up and everything is in but the battery and cord that goes into the lower shaft.  I see batterys for sale but no one sells the cord that you have to string thrue that ataches to the battery. what to do

The X35 coil does not require an external battery. Only the HF Coil has an external battery.

You will need a USB charger though.

Yes, The X35 coil battery is in the coil.

The butterfly clip charges the coil when connected to one of the three wire charging cables with the USB connector on one end. The two other wires charge the remote and the WS back phone audio module if you purchased one.

All my LF coils have the internal battery in the coil case but my HF elliptical does have the external battery in the bottom rod which if i am honest i like the latest setup works exceptionally well.
