 I did get a return call from Minelab this afternoon from the 814 215 1732 number. The defective parts are on the way back to them and replacements will be shipped as soon as the old ones are received.

My recent calls to Minelab in Chicago generally end up in me leaving a message but I do get a call back.  Don't try to keep calling to get someone live or you will waste time.
