I don’t know, looks like a big piece of coprolite to me..  just kidding! all of the above plus streak test it on unglazed porcelain or the backside of a toilet tank. If its reddish brown streak, its probably hematite (Iron oxide).

I agree, Magnetite or Hematite. Check to see if magnetic, more so if Magnetite.
