Detecting on a windy day?

  1. 1. How do you feel about detecting on a rather windy day?

    • It’s great to be outdoors detecting; no matter at all.

    • It can make detecting a little more challenging, but still worth it.

    • I’d rather not waste my time. The gust noise drowns out the faint signals.

I just interpret the strong gusts that seem to point me in a new direction as mother nature giving me the pointy finger at some gold I would have otherwise walked right past and I keep on going, wondering all the while if she was actually protectively turning me away from some nuggets! 🤔😂
