Ridge Runner
One policy I've had and that is return all rings if can. Now that's if it comes with tracking like high school and college rings. You may not get as much as a thank you but you know you done the right thing. For the ones that do say thanks will make you all warm inside. I plan on running an add but I'm guessing since it was about 7" down its been lost for quite some time, although it looks like Gambler in post #8 might be the owner. Now all he has to do is show me what tree he lost it under for the return. I want to thank everyone for their kind posts and links. I'm going to continue work on the identification of the ring. No luck so far. 2016 is starting out good as far as rings for me. After only a few short park hunts I have found one gold, two silver, three junk and then a gold plated with stones yesterday. Carpdogman
I found a Gold ring in a playground at the park. Upon returning it to the owner she fell to her knees and cried. It was a grandmother who had took her grandchildren to play. Glad I did the right thing.
