What Was Your Targets Signals Like?

Recommended Posts

I refer to the majority. Most of mine were quite ,distinct from ground or loud junk signal. Does that mean if I was going slow I would be better to sped up a bit. I know beginner go too fast but speeding up a bit would be more productive for those that have gain experience, I know what works for me or am I wrong. Let hear your view.

the only time i will speed up is if i am out patch hunting new ground and if i do find a good target then it is back to low and slow .

  • The title was changed to What Was Your Targets Signals Like?

For most of Rye Patch with a GPZ-7000, my signals are very soft whispers.

Now if I go to other areas not pounded, I seem to speed up and try covering more ground.  At that point I am more interested in a semi clear repeatable signal.  Only after I have found a nugget, then I go back to the Rye Patch crawl.
