If any of my fellow "pee sitting down'ers" are looking for a GREAT Youtuber to watch, this gal is incredible, her pin pointing and target acquisition is mind blowing (demonstrated better in some of her earlier videos)... she's a star.. check her out.. (and anyone that swings a NF Z Search and dual speaker setup is golden in my book).

Jen

Fantastic post Jennifer.  I actually enjoy helping lady gold diggers to become Successful detectorists.  One of these days I'll post some of pics of these fine ladies and their accomplishments.  Idaho Peg who is on here often is the 1st to come to mind.  She's in a class of her own when it comes to the ladies and can easily perform with most guys on gold and what it takes to find it.

What I want others to catch about this video is a couple things.  1st the amount of trash to gold ratio.  Most newer MD'er users don't realize how much trash they'll be cleaning up while in pursuit of a nugget.  Be sure to carry it out and not toss it back down.  It amazes me the amount of people, even to this day who dig a piece of rubbish and then toss it aside.  Yes I did the same thing many years ago, but have since realized my mistakes as time changes and now do the right thing.  2nd is at the 12 minute mark.  I just mentioned this on another thread "When is a patch no longer worth detecting", I mentioned exactly what this lady digger experienced.  She could get a signal sweeping in 1 direction with her detector, but not the other.  It turns out that was the nugget.  I'm not saying it at been passed over by others, but when in active nugget areas you need to think outside the box and do what the average person may not be doing.

you could hear his manhood slowly slipping away over several of the last few videos.

This is actually first time I have ever read that not finding gold can be equated with having my manhood slipping away.
This means I have had my manhood slipping away for decades.
Ah well, I suppose the trick is to not worry about it.
Pretty funny comment tho...

It wasn't so much the "lack of him finding gold" as much as his NON STOP passive aggressive comments about how much bigger Krissy's gold is, or Krissy found more gold than me AGAIN today... to the point I commented on some of the videos telling him to give it a rest (of course you did Jennifer, I can hear people saying now..lol)... lack of gold means nothing, whining about your partner finding it all the time and being a whiny little whingeing complaining female dog, that's another.. LOL

The question then is if a man can’t find gold then what is he ? Because I’m in the same boat as Flax 🙂

See my comment above, real salmon don't eat pellets (I use to work in the salmon farming industry) and real men don't constantly whine about their wives gold count success....🙂

That is not fair Jen. My wife found the first nugget, the first ounce plus and the first two gold coins I am not complaining/whining but I had to put in a big effort to get In front her.😭 but she is 2 gold coins in front still.

I sold Krissy her 7000 some years back, she is an absolute star. We also provide her with equipment and pointed NuggetFinder her way for some sponsorship as well. A true gem who can show just about anyone I know a thing or two about true grit and determination, nothing but respect for her.

She deserves support, creating YouTube content whilst out bush especially content of that quality is a VERY hard ask, I was saddened to see her and Mark had gone seperate ways. 😞 Being a lady on her own in the bush doing what she is doing this time of the year just impresses me even more. Get on her channel and give her a thumbs up and while you’re there subscribe as well.

I always watch Krissy's videos. When they were Krissy and Mark videos, I found her to be a much more compelling detector prospector to learn from and to be inspired by. Such a wonderful attitude towards detecting and life in general.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching her first Equinox video where she did a relic hunt in Gold 1............cracked me up.  I hope she has figured out that the other non-beach modes work really well for relics and coins too, even in bad dirt.

Can't wait for her next video.

I'm a big fan of Dirt Fish Mish too for those that like beach and turf coin, jewelry and relic hunting.

I also admire not only her ability and her attitude, but her video's are really well done and anyone who has tried to film themselves hunting knows what I mean. JP understands more than most of us because he basically taught himself video production in its entirety from filming to post production with titles, stingers and music and then mass producing the most successful metal detecting videos ever attempted.

Krissy is a great representative for all of us.
