Fireball

I’m in line at chic filet in Vegas and to the southwest about an hour ago a very bright fireball appears in the sky and disappears behind the mountains landing I’d guess somewhere in the California Desert, no dark flight so pretty far off so must have had some size to it. South west of Vegas someplace in the desert if you find any other reports.

   Sounds like the "Meteor Chasers" guys will be hot on the trail soon enough!! 👍👍

Of course not what 1515Art witnessed, but still a very bright event which wasn't easily distinguishable as a (large!) piece of space junk.  As if natural aerial & astro phenomena weren't difficult enough to identify, now we have to deal with the orbital garbage trucks emptying into our precious 'landfill'....
