Hf Coil Question

I sold an essentially new 9” hf coil to a guy who tells me after first use that it won’t stay connected to the remote. Does anyone know what the problem could be? He also says it should have come with a charger but I’ve bought several XP coils and they don’t come with a charger. I’m going to suggest he re-enter the coil serial number and give the coil a full charge. Coil was perfect for me.

To use a white 9 "HF coil, the RC panel must have at least 4.0 or higher software recorded ... so that the RC Panel can work with white HF coils for * XP deus / ORX. The charge level of the coil can affect the correct connection.. ... ,,

I would try to fully charge the coil and re-enter the coil code in the panel for proper pairing of the coil with the RC Panel..

Yes perhaps a software version difference between the coil and the headphones/CB . The version must be the same I thought it was 3.0 but may be 4.0 as ElNino is saying . Apart from that XP coils never come with a charger they only come with a lower shaft thats all ...

It's 4.X or higher for the HF coils.  5.X or higher for the x35 coils.
