Yep I agree that is a Rock,

I have found heaps of ones that look like that all dark with a  shine on them I thought they were Railroad Slag from the Boilers of Old Trains, ( Not referring to a Lady standing on the platform)

Geeze, that's a little harsh. But I think they are right, you would be better served going to a Geology forum or doing your own research like everyone else does,
