Very nice work on your hunt, and glad to see so many saves.

Good luck on your next outing.

Today I was using the 5x10" and focusing on the areas I avoided when using the large coil because there were so many targets.

Are there others who detect there?  If so, have they avoided this area for the same reason?  Are the coins conditions, etc. consistent with the age of the soccer field?  How deep were the deepest coins?

Your results indicate the value of proper coil choice and specifically the Coiltek Nox 5"x10" in the case of the Equinox.  Was there a general trash target you were finding (and avoiding) or were the VDI's all over the place without an obvious pattern?

Not that I have seen. In Florida, the retired people detect while I work, however.

Yes. They were about 4-6" deep. All of them have about the same patina.

I think the area used to be a car lot of some sort so there are tons of scrap auto parts. Corona tops are the kryptonite I try hard to avoid as it is the commonly-drunk beverage after soccer games it seems.
