Question About Legend Target Vdi Nubers For Pewter

I found a small peice of metal that I think is pewter. It rings in as 25 on the legend. 

It isnt anything special, just a small chunk. Doesn't bend and isnt magneticly attracted. 

Have any of you found any pewter and if so what vdi was it?
