Gerry and I were both deep in this, and we pulled no punches. Garrett was absolutely terrific about our sometimes rough and tumble commentary

Thank you BOTH and thank Garrett.... when Jason mentioned all they wanted were (I refuse to call them influencers) I was a bit concerned... Garrett.... you just won a TON of street cred and respect from me by involving two of the pillars of the North America detecting community... For the fact that you involved us (via involving them) and you listened, you forever deserve my business!!!!!!!!!! Wow.... I didn't think I'd ever say I'd put a company ahead of the lab.. I've had issues with their business model for years as you've all heard me whine.... but this move by Garrett (don't laugh).. almost brings a tear of patriotism to my eye...

See that ring filled beach behind me..... YEA...

"MERKAAA!!!! (censored word) YEAAAAAA!!!!!!" LOL

Good to hear Steve, companies need to hear real input from real prospectors like you and Gerry. Glad to hear Garrett availed themselves of the opportunity to work with both of you.

Looking forward to trying this out whenever I can get my hands on one. It's a 600+ mile drive for me to get to the nearest dealer, so I'm just waiting now to hear when these are available for mail order.

I don't have many more questions that aren't better answered by getting my hands on one and trying it out, looking forward to it. So nice to see a real 2nd option finally. And stoked to see a US company stepping to the plate!

For all of you wondering the cost..... watch Gerry's video again, listen closely to what he says when he finds the nugget, and look at the size of the nugget/troy oz and you can pretty much figure out the price.

Wow close your eyes while watching and with that pitch and pulse width of the target response you'd not know you weren't listening to a lab machine.

I will be blunt. I've been detecting for 50 years now, and swore I was done being involved on the back end, with the development type stuff. It was too tempting however when this opportunity arose to end my efforts in that regard with an American based company. I've been very disappointed to see our once unassailable lead in detecting basically frittered away by the arrogance of the U.S. manufacturers. It was my faith in Steve Novakovich that made me decide to get back on the horse again for one last ride, and I'm glad I did. The folks from Garland are just a solid group of great people, and being able to get behind and truly believe in a U.S. company again, is a breath of fresh air. I hope this is the start of more great things to come from Garrett in the future, but for now, I'm just so happy at least one U.S. company is stepping up to the plate, to give it a serious effort. For that, they are winners in my book.

It says I can't add any more reactions today.. LOL... I'm all Garrett'ed out it appears so I'll just do a reply...

Thank you again, if this is the last body of work you do with a manufacturer, you're leaving on a high note for sure!!!!!

The real question is how the heck they hid this from us who spend our lives searching the FCC fillings... LOL... They must have registered a new company/LLC or something to hide it. Or perhaps did it through a 3rd party like that marketing company.. they're getting so sneaky.. LOL Well played on this one... I doubt any of us (obvious members excluded... looking at Steve and Gerry) saw this bombshell coming, I sure didn't... I'm still trying to get the taste of crow out of my mouth.

Now the million dollar question.  Has Garrett included a chip in the coils or in the cable so that third-party manufacturers cannot do it?  I hope is not like that
