Question... Hows The Depth On The Axiom Vs The GPZ 7000?

Recommended Posts

I dont see much discussion on that. I have cound a very small nugget with my GPZ... I know that there is discrimination... But honestly how many people would still dig even if it sounds out as Iron?

I am just curious about the depth... sorry if its been mentioned and I missed it.

It doesnt hurt to think about things....

I love my fisher f75.. I always wondered how cool it would be if it was as pwerful as the GPZ. I wonder if fisher labs will ever release anything new....

Oddly enough, when you spend over double the money, you do get some extra depth. If max depth is the issue, and money no object, get a GPZ 7000. And an X coil or two. In your case, just keep what you have.

Welp.  Imagine an F75 as powerful as a GPX 5000.  That ain't bad.  Sort of comparing apples (PI) and oranges (VLF IB) though.   Axiom doesn't really have Target ID like an F75 and other than low vs. high conductor audio and the iron check feature is not really like ferrous discrimination feature on a VLF.
