What Did You Do Today, Prospecting Or Detecting Related?

It's not super technical and Steve please feel free to delete if not relevant to the forum, I won't take it personal, but it may be fun to hear what everyone did today prospecting related, get off that couch and show us what you did... I

'll start.... today I dug up a home made screener with the backhoe and grapple bucket in anticipation for moving it to my property. I also cleaned up some screen decks, I purchase the works from someone so need to gett'er moved and it was a beautiful day for it.

It's going to need a little sparky sparky with the old sticky sticky if you know what I'm saying (welds fixed) but the price was right.

What did you do today?

Phone ring vibrator has worn a hole in my pocket, customers are getting into the end of summer panic mode, every job this year has had significant extra work added so I am way behind. The last thing in the world I need to be doing right now is be thinking about prospecting and detecting. So I didn't think about it and went to one of my claims. 3 nuggets for 6.1dwt.

 Boy am I gonna catch #&(( Monday.

Ground hog day for me...on a roof, dreaming about the day I get caught up, and can detect. Soon I hope!!!!

Today I haven't done much besides go to 4 store's to restock the pantry and freezer, only took 7 hours to get to all the stores and things put up.

Been to busy to even think about detecting or sluicing lately, but am really wanting to go again and find something nice.

Looks like you are going to need more than welding on that thing, the size of the screen is going to make you lose the bigger nuggets. Good luck on fixing it, and I know that you can do it.

Thanks….. it has various size mesh screens that clip over top of the screens 👍

Just needs a bit of maintenance......

 

Today I loaded the Nox in my car , now just need to find time to turn it on over some targets !

Yup, alien for sure but I'm one of them legal ones from up north, not the illegal type from down south... that photo make me look like I'm wearing my phatty pants and going raving. LOL The screens have lots of life left in them and I got the works super cheap (less the cost of the steel) so if I have to toss a few sticks into it I'm ok with that....  all this Nox Tox on here is making me miss my E-Trac.
