Popular Post The Seeker
I found this ring a couple of hunts ago and it looked plated but for some reason I decided to keep it with a pile of junkers. Yesterday it caught my eye so I decided to clean it and I’m glad I did since it turned out be gold. Sometimes you to give those iffy rings a second and maybe even a third look, you just never know. The other finds are from my last hunt just a couple of days ago. Once again I didn’t think much about the two rings. But after the lesson I just learned I decided to clean them up. I’m having a great month/year (25 gold rings to date). Thanks for looking and good luck out there. 15

Valens Legacy
Don't you just love those old rings of gold, sometimes they will fool you. Great save and good luck on your next hunt.
Rick N. MI
It's good feeling when you find a gold ring in your junk rings. I had my junk rings on the sill above the kitchen sink. Was walking by one day and one caught my attention and it turned out to be a gold ring. I love it when that happens.
