Wtb Sovereign Xs

If anyone has a Sovereign XS in decent shape with the white solid coil please let me know.  My first Minelab was this model which I sold years ago as I moved up the MInelab ladder.  The nostalgic side of me keeps nagging me about that detector so I though I'd post to see if anyone had one they would part with.

Hi Bill,

I don't have the original with the white coil but I do have an XS-2 with two minelab and two tornado coils, the original  and aftermarket meters, in what I would consider very good condition (except for the tornado coils where the wire casings have deteriorated which I guess is common). The original nicad batteries still hold a charge. Great beach detector. Had it out about 6 months ago to play with but it's too unbalanced and heavy for my post multiple shoulder surgeries. Have been planning on getting it out again to put up for sale but lack of inertia. Let me know if you are interested and I'll get some pictures to you.

I use my other Sovereign on the salt water. This one on land only.

Thanks Bill, your machine sounds killer but I''m holding out for an XS.  It's part nostalgia in that my mother told me to buy it.  She was my digger for many years and we loved detecting together.
