Looks like a nice day with some results that will pay off when it warms up some more.

That looks larger than the flower gold I get from some of the creeks I have.

Are you getting the gold out of the river or out of the bank?

I use my macro camera on flour gold. It does make it look bigger, but shows what the tiny pieces look like..

Right on. I remember panning the North Saskatchewan in Edmonton back in the early 80's. Flour gold was fairly abundant. 

I managed to detect a couple of exposed grassy spots on my old farm yesterday up here north of Grande Prairie. The weather's been very mild lately.

Here when I say flour gold you can put it in a sifter and watch it fall through.

What you are showing is larger than that, and that is why I say nice gold.
