Smelting Advice Needed… Book Recommendations?

Well, my OCD is starting to kick in… now that I have my mill “Mighty Mill” (it works great) and I have some concentrates does anybody have a “general” recipe for fluxes?

 A book recommendation? It looks like I’m at the bottom of a huge learning curve.

Not a book but a great resource by a GREAT man Dr. A.K. Williams Ph.D, R.I.P., here's his website  "Basement Chemistry For The Prospector" that he created for all of us to use for free, now kept online by his son since his passing.

 Hopefully you found something worthwhile by now but if not, the book I found useful for smelting and fluxes is "How to Smelt your Gold & Silver" by Hank Chapman, Jr.
