Sp01 Filter Preference?

I just got a SP01 from Rob. 

Anyone have a favorite filter setting (1,2 or 3)or setup?

I’m using it on a GPX 4500

I keep my volume on the lower side with the gpz. On the filters on the SP01 I think is a preference to your ears. I turn the volume up on it just below where you hear any hiss.

Do you have a preference on filter setting? 1,2 or 3?

I usually have my SPO1 set on 1 I use a 4500

Here is my setup on for my 7000. Mode 2- volume about 5 - filter on 2. Hope that helps.

On my sd 2200 and gpx 5000 I use filter 2, and on the gpx 6000 I found filter 1 best for my headphone setup. I lower the detector volume and threshold and use the SP01 as the volume control on the 2200 and 5000. With the 6000 I run the detector volume at 2, threshold on and use the SP01 as the volume control. Filter 3 rarely ever use because of its quiet weak signal.
