I Keep Getting Knocked Off The Forum!

I can sign on and I may stay connected from 15 minutes to a hour but then I get knocked off again .  I don’t have trouble signing on again but it becomes a pain in the rear after a while.

 I said something to Steve about my problem and he said post it to see if others having the same problem. The odd thing after I said something to him it cleared for a short while.

 I may be wrong but I think my trouble started the same time this business about if you’re new you need to post something are get disconnected. Something like that!

 So if you had any trouble with what I said please post it.

 This is getting the best of me and making me feel like a stepchild of the bunch.haha

No it has nothing to do with the need to have just one post to maintain a valid account. That has nothing to do with being logged in or not. You don't get disconnected for not having a post - I delete your account manually on review after a period of time has passed.

If people post about stuff like this also telling what device you are using (PC, Android phone, iPhone 10, etc) plus which browser you use on that device (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc) can really help actually define if there is an issue or not, and what is causing it. "I'm having a problem" tells me nothing that solves anything. Nineteen times out of twenty it is not the forum but the persons device, browser, or internet connection that is causing the problem.

I constantly switch between a Chrome on PC and Safari on iPhone and iPad every day. Sometimes switching devices will require me to log in again, but never if I use one device consistently and am sure the "stay logged in" box has been checked.

I have not had any problems but at the same time, I have not been on as much lately.  Hopefully Chuck gets it figured out as I would hate to have to get a phone call and listen to his voice.  It's tough enough reading him.🤣

I use Win 7 and 10 and FireFox and never have any issues,often stay logged in for the whole day as well.

My apology Steve I’ve used my I Phone from day one and this trouble just started a short while back. I didn’t realize that was a manual thing you done on removing people. I was just relating to a time factor when your sign started popping up to when my problem started.

 I haven’t made a update on my I phone in a while but I’m still looking for a problem I may have. I just wanted to know if anyone was having a problem like mine and I really didn’t care what it was on . I do think they would have told me.

I think I’ll sign off and delete everything in my phone and start over again .

I know I’m older than dried dog poop but not that stupid to do that.

 I just deleted it off my phone and done a search for the forum again then signed back in .

 I don’t know if this will make a difference but I’ll try anything.

  I'm not a phone technician Chuck, but I either turn the phone off/on, or delete and reload an app or website, and start again! That generally fixes the problem!!

   FYI, this is on a new phone as of today! Wife made me upgrade!!😆

   Maybe it's time to get rid of the 90's brick phone! Sorta tough to get it to fit in a back pocket anyway!😜🥁

When in doubt reset the cable modem. If that doesn't work grab some drinks and snacks and call offshore tech support and they will guide you through resetting the cable modem....

Everyone I do believe I’ve tried everything.

 I’m not having any trouble with Rob’s forum are Bill’s before it went down and don’t know if it’s up again.

 I have notice when I’m in one forum here and want to back out I have trouble then. When I click to back out the part that shows you’re sign it pops up then shows I’m not. I click that off then look back again to see if it shows I’m signed in and it does show I am then.

 My wife has a iPhone and she hasn’t been having trouble but I will try hers to get on here.
