Oddly enough the links I posted work just fine for me. Temporary outage?

The link works but the files for the PDFs don't on the link every time attempt to download the freeze and say error and do nothing and the file says not able.to.download.   atleast for me.

Downloads fine for me, like in a second or two, but extra effort to find alternative links that work even better is appreciated.

Just gave 2 of them a try, both worked for me.

Might try to right click then "save link as" and save them manually to your computer and open with Acrobat instead of your browser? Guessing it's some security thing with some antivirus or similar type software?

Using cell phone.  Could be why j guess... But either way I found one that did work for me n shared to provide a back up choice for dowliad

The links did not work for me before but now they do from a phone.
