I think Steve wrote somewhere just a few days ago that you have to upload them to an external host (like Youtube) and then provide the link to there.  I'll see if I can find it.

To post a video you need to upload it to YouTube or some other video hosting service, then post the link here.

Yeah take longer to edit in post than to shot and dig hardly worth it but then what will I watch when board and thinking of digging it.
