I guess it depends on the concentration. The stuff Intel and others use will dissolve your bones.

I'm sure that's not the concentration Chris is recommending, but this particular acid is a nasty agent which results in a number of severe industrial injuries every year. The scary part is that initially, you don't feel a thing when a concentrated solution of it meets your skin.
