It is official and I'm (Gerry's Detectors on Boise, Idaho) accepting Pre Orders for the new White's 24K GMT.  Contact me direct to get on the list as they are expecting to ship 1st week of next month (August).  Yes I know this machine and have had success with it.  Yes I have a 3 day Field Training on Gold Detectors next month at Sumpter, Oregon and my customers get a $150 discount on the class.

If you are interested in trading in your detector, lets talk and see if we can make it happen and if not, no hard feelings.

I highly recommend you get the $750 package as the small concentric coil is a killer on little nuggets, crystalline gold, and small specimens.

Hi Gerry

You said something that your customers get 150.00 discount off of field training but   you didn’t say the total amount. Inquiring mind wants to know.

Oh another thing is do you ever look at your PM on here? Just maybe it’s something wrong because I sent one to Tom from White’s and not a word too.

I never charge for Field Training up front when purchasing a detector as some folks feel they can learn a machine on their own, which is true.  it just takes most newer nugget hunters many trips, adventures and thousands of digs to get an idea what they are doing.  The Field Training is $500 unless the detector is purchased from us and it is under $2500 - which makes the cost of training $350.  If the detector purchase is $2500 or more, I waive the fee and the class is FREE.  Many successful customers on Detector Prospector will vouch for the quality of training we offer.

My PM does need looked into more often, but I usually look into my email.  Direct email to me always gets a faster response.  Thanks for asking.

Here is a little video of us at famous Rye Patch, NV during our Field Training.

Gerry

Thanks for the info on training you offer for the nugget hunter and the one that wants to be.

I find what you said is inline with others that offer the same training. The real difference is that yours runs three days with some only one day.

If for any reason what I said is incorrect please correct me.

Chuck,  The training we offer is totally different and unique than what anyone else even comes close at.  Minelab came to one of my classes 2 years ago and witnessed 1st hand how we role.  I am not much for doing something half ass anyone.  Hope to see you at one some time.

Gerry

That GP 3500 was just one of Minelab great nugget detectors.

My first gold with it was on the 24 K club by Rich Hill. They use this Dozer to cut about 6” off and then let the members hunt. The funny thing I never found any gold in one of the cuts they made. The Dozer was parked for a while and the tracks had collected lots of clay in them. Well I came along after the Dozer was moved and the dried clay drop out of the tracks.

I  found myself with my 3500 checking those clay bars that drop out and found one nugget over a gram. Then detecting in another clay bar out pop another nugget. This one over twice the size in weight as the first.

So next time you find yourself in gold country and you see what I found detect it.
