After the last email I got from her I don't expect Jen will be back here anytime soon. Never met the gal but she has no liking for me, that's for sure!

Some people chaff at my desire to keep posts on topic on this forum and may also have issues with where I draw the line. I don't claim to be perfect but just do the best I can. That's not good enough for some people and that is just fine. You can't please everyone, and there are plenty of forums and Facebook pages to choose from for those who are seeking a place to fit in.

Right now the forum has this cool mix of people from all over the world, probably one of the more diverse mixes all getting along under one roof on a single detecting forum that I am aware of and with no drama. Everyone here is just great and I am pleased as can be by that.

Yeah, I think there is some merit in the old Italian saying "if you don`t love me, you don`t deserve me". Saying seems a wee arrogant but has stood the test of time and is just as relevant in this social media world as it ever was. Come on back Jen.

I think we can all understand and support your endeavours on the forum Steve.  There are many conversations that occur behind the scenes that forum members are not privy to, and they are not always pleasant interactions for the mods.  The Moderators on the PA forum remind members of this fact often.

Jen, Jennifer, JJ Bond has been over on PA a little bit and, yes Kiwi, it was nice to see her posting somewhere again.  She can certainly add some 'spark' to a thread. 

 

And (getting back on thread ?) it is nice to think that Klunker will be back as a regular contributor soon.

I have never seen one person in the gold forums so consistently come up with the ability to piss people off as Jen. This is over years not months. "Excitement" is not a word I would attribute to nasty behavior. Just my opinion however...

I fully endorse ( as if that mattered) Steve's efforts to keep the forum on topic and without politics and rancor!!!

He has slapped my wrist once or twice-ouch!   I got over it and hopefully others will too.
