This is why I prefer wired coils to wireless coils. Bulletproof and inexpensive.

 I can buy two coil at that price and have money left over in comparison to what one wireless coil will cost .

 Another thing that detector that goes with that wireless coil is outrageous. In some cases I could buy two detectors for what I’d pay for one wireless detector.

 The only thing they got going for them is less weight.

The 11" round adds about an inch of depth over the stock 11x7" (depending on target), and is better for pushing it through the water. I reckon the relic guys who do a lot of open field work are going to love the 11" on their Kruzers.
