Today at 1200 @ BLM 3040 Biddle Rd., Medford OR there will be a protest supporting the owners of the Sugar Pine Mine in Josephine County, Oregon. I hope to see fellow miners there!

seriously, how in the heck did we get to the point in this nation where the producers, the doers, the makers are the bad guys? sheesh, we are lucky to have people to stand up to the blm.

I deleted a post that advocated exactly what the owners of this mine are trying to avoid - an escalation and extreme confrontation. I am a full supporter of miners and prospectors rights but this forum is set up to avoid political arguments. I welcome informational posts about meeting and issues, but inflammatory rhetoric should be taken to other more appropriate forums.
