Thanks Fellas or the kudos. We are both still new to this so every piece we get even though they are just pickers is exciting. The gold bug 2 is the perfect machine for the ladies as it it so light and sensitive to the smallest pieces. Looking forward to further hunts and meeting all you great folks. She said that everyone was so nice that she met. I can not think of a better hobby.

I know a local in my area that does very well and his wife finds more then him nearly every time. There an unstoppable couple and very humble. If they posted there finds i think many would be very amazed.

Well she did it again yesterday. Hit the foot hills for a short half day hunt. Girls one..... Boys zero. I gotta say that I am very excited  for her. This half gram iron stained nugget was mixed in with some trash and she could have easily given up thinking that it was trash as well.

Strick,  Glad you allowed my staff and I the pleasure of training Lisa.  The GB-2 can be a frustrating VLF gold detector for those who don't understand manual ground balance.  With proper training or many many trips and trial, you can learn it and do ver well.  I'll try to get some photos on here of Lisa and her gold.

Jerry- Nice pictures! She saw your face book post as well. Thanks for all the help up there in Nevada. She carries her test nugget with her now. You and your staff have shortened the learning curve for Lisa and myself immensely. Had we tried this alone we would be still looking for our first nuggets.
