Sourdough Scott
Hair of dog, tire of jeep. Rock from canyon, steep, steep, steep. Sip of beer, sweat from brow. Klunker finds them deep, holy cow !
Tortuga
I have to agree with Steve H. the Z will make you think your over something real good, especially in a deep bedrock crevice, and it turns out to be a couple of dollars worth. I'm not a large nugget snob (well- maybe a little bit) but I'm beginning to think the Z's amazing ability with tiny gold is costing me time that would be better spent covering more acreage. Leave it to me to complain about finding gold. Nvc. I have that recipe except mine requires a goodly quantity of alcohol- the crow AND the rock are discarded. It's like the two coils inside the Super D are the small 8" coil off an SDC then a big 14" coil off a GPX. You dig little stuff with this machine and big, deep stuff. klunker
Yumpin' yiminies!! SS . I didn't know you was a POE8. There sits Sourdough Scott in poverty whining home writing poetry when he should be out mining. AND ONE FOR SWIFTY. Nails nails it never fails all my good targets turn out to be nails. There's nails to hammer and nails to bend nails to barrow and nails to lend nails nails it never fails all my good targets turn out to be nails another good target! The same sad tale? I dug it up and it's an old rusty---- Nugget.
Sourdough Scott
At home, watching it rain hard, but I do not fret. My ZED has a cover of suede, and can not get wet. My day is not lost, and I'm not pineing. Im reading and researching, about going mining.

vanursepaul
We are back and tho very, very, sore... We will go back and try it again for some more... In a canyon that is so right for a goat... We went and attempted to fill up our poke... While detecting and panning we did also find... So much trash ...i truly think that I lost my mind... From the air couplers, and the sockets sets, to the log chains, and more... We kept on digging looking for that elusive score... We actually enjoyed this remarkable day.... And to get a big half a gram took our worries away ....!!! Now the way to this bonanza is really quite clear... Just follow the goat trails and you will be there.... https://plus.google.com/104592762424805629687/posts/AoPKysyPNVd?pid=6149922515973131842&oid=104592762424805629687&authkey=CP3QrJS6hc75Hw
Jonathan Porter
Crow is code for "Minelab does it again"... well done on the lump Klunker. Every individual target is unique to the Tx and Rx of the GPZ, some excite it no end others less so but overall there is definitely an advantage over previous tech. Discovering the GPZ edge can be an individual experience dependent a lot of times on your particular level of skepticism. Have a little faith people, Minelab are leaders in their field for a reason.....the GPZ 7000 is very much part of that story. JP
Norvic
Your not wrong JP, for 30 years our Minelab have given us leading edge tech, that`s bloody good "crow" that equates to that lovely yellow stuff for us. Any OZ that`s not proud of that achievement just can`t be pleased.
