GPZ 7000 Can't Be Turned Off

Who could help me.

my GPZ 7000 works fine, but sometimes I can not turn it off. I keep the button pressed and it display ( turning off), but it will never go off. I used that remove the battery of the detector to get it off.

If you have done a factory reset (a firmware upgrade would also reset the detector) and this problem continues, then I can’t think of any solution other than to send the detector to a Minelab service center.
