All dishes are welcome from condiments to main course and there is always plenty to eat. I will be doing a demo with the Minelab Gold Monster if you are interested and there may be some other surprises from Minelab as well. We will also have a prize drawing and that will be after dinner on Saturday before the fire pit is lit and yes bring firewood if you have it.... These outings are allot of fun and anywhere from 35 to 100 people show depending on the year! The outing will be held at the San Domingo Placer area in Maricopa County Arizona near Morristown. We will post maps soon to Jackass Flats and most RVs can get in without trouble and there is allot of room though often folks not with our group will also be camped there using the quad and ATV trails. You need to get a State Trust Land parking recreational permit to camp and they can be purchased online and are good for a year, https://land.az.gov/natural-resources/recreational-permits There are also GPAA and Roadrunner claims throughout the area and this is a big placer area. If you have questions or concerns this is the thread to ask in.... More to come." Welcome to AMRA’s first Gold and Great Outdoor show! On September 23-24, 2017, AMRA will be joined by thousands of outdoor enthusiasts in the largest Gold and Great Outdoors Show at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn, Ca. American Mining Rights Association (AMRA) 501(c)3 is the largest grassroots advocacy organization dedicated to education and protection of our public land use since 2011. Since our creation, we have helped hundreds of small-scale miners, OHV users, hikers and others that cherish the great outdoors. It is our hope that this show can help in uniting, and educating all public land users in the fight to keep our public land open for everyone’s enjoyment. This event will include demonstrations of environmentally safe mining equipment used to remove precious metals, and harmful metals like lead and mercury safely from our waterways. Other education seminars will include safe and responsible off highway use techniques. One of the crowd favorites is our panning station where kids young and old learn to pan and find valuable minerals, and come away with a yearning for an adventure of their own in the great outdoors. These demonstrations are a few of the educational tools along with vendors, clubs and other organizations coming together to make this one of the biggest outdoor events of the year. Advertising for this event has already started over social media targeting all great outdoor lovers. We will also be advertising on TV, radio and posters near the event. Additionally, we will be holding our 3rd Annual AMRA Dinner on Saturday night. With your participation we can make this the best Gold and Great Outdoor Show that everyone will be talking about! Entrance Fee Adults $10.00 Children under 12 are free Veterans $5.00 Parking Free For more information visit the show website.
