The Teknetics T2 Ltd metal detector is a model in the 2006 T2 series that was introduced in 2007 and is still in production. It is a 13 kHz VLF metal detector aimed primarily at coin, relic, jewelry, and gold nugget detecting. Note that the T2 Ltd is also called the T2 Special Edition, leading to some confusion regarding the various T2 models. The latest version of the T2 Ltd is the Teknetics T2+.
