The Teknetics T2+ metal detector is the latest model in the T2 series originally introduced in 2006. The T2+ was released in late 2017 and is still in production. The F75+ is the same detector as the Teknetics T2 Ltd electronically, with the only change being in the accessory package offered. The T2 Ltd comes with two coils, whereas the T2+ comes with one coil and a pinpointer. The T2+ is a 13 kHz VLF metal detector aimed primarily at coin, relic, jewelry, and gold nugget detecting.
