I ran across a guy walking out from way back in there and I was already about 30 miles off any road . This all took place in Alaska. He had run out of shotgun shells trying to keep the black bears off of him and he was going to get help to get his equipment out .

Like a Alaskian told me if a black bear comes after you he wants to eat you. A Grizzly will come after you not so much to eat you but he wants you out of his territory.

It’s best to be the fastest runner in your group.haha

Bye the time I got home I had been a little over 12000 miles on that one trip.

  2. Some years ago I bought a Minelab with a inline probe and I can’t say it didn’t work good. The trouble it put about another pound on that shaft I was swinging and that got old fast .

With the pinpointers we have now I can stick about anyplace are tie a string on it and drag it on the ground behind me but not on that shaft .

Why buy the lightest detector and turn around and add more weight .

Bubba was the one I talked with but he wasn’t the one ahead of the club. Not sure if was his father are father in law. I think it’s the one who has the prospecting shop there in Wickenburg . Babba said call first before coming so I’d know someone would be there when I came

Clay did you know Steve Scott who had the Johnson mine before the people that own it now. Steve hit a blow out and I’ve never seen such beautiful gold as what came out of that. The Johnson mine is above Rich Hill but you would know that if you worked around there at all.

  4. Well with a phone call I found out it’s a 150 per year and they have about two hundred acres in claims. Membership sounded to be just about nothing and activity less.

There’s another club I’ve belong to before and that’s Weaver Mining Company. You will find them in Congress and they show they still in business.I’ll make a call on this club to .

    Later !

  5. They don’t say much on their site about themselves. The Road Runners club is the biggest you will find with lots of claims but I haven’t been keeping up with them on how strong membership is now.

The Dilly club do have a number but sometimes like a detector dealer on what he’s selling is the best.

  6. I’ve said in the past and that’s Gerry is going to lose that nugget to the great beyond one day and when that happens I don’t want to be in a radius of 5 miles when it sees daylight again.

That video was like being there and I wanted to tell you to get out of the way because you’re not digging fast enough.

     The Best Always!

  7. The funny thing is not one of us has anything of what we’ve been talking about .

What I say let’s not cross that bridge until we get to it .

When someone tells me I can’t have it I don’t know why but then I want it more.

On what you said that is the reason why I said I wouldn’t let anyone where it came from so not to do harm to the dealer . Another thing I myself may let some know on here my opinion of it bye PM but not talk about it openly.

You could be right about someone taking it away from whoever but I can assure you that after they won’t know if they got it by looking at it .

I don’t believe you will be able to return it if you have trouble .That could be a real problem are a quick loss to someone.

To not cause a dealer in Canada trouble I myself wouldn’t say even the location I made a buy .
What I see the Q80 has to have offer I would have a hard time to step down to something less. My problem right now is I don’t know not one person in Canada.
I’ve said will and way but you have to know I have no pride to complete whatever it takes to accomplish the end results. My problem right now I’m not sure what that is.haha

I wish the best to the one that can get their hands on the Q80.

Words can’t express your loss are in any way make it better for you are his family. The only thing I can say I can relate due to that I lost two friends to cancer last month. The older of the two had been my prospecting buddy for years.

The sad part for the living we find a hole is there now that will never be filled again because that love one are friend is gone forever.

Men never feel you can’t say that you loved that friend you lost.

  11. I had been viewing something other than the Tarsacci and was trying to make my way back to the forum when up pops I believe every video made on the Tarsacci.

It’s so hard believe after all this time not one word of anything new about the Tarsacci.
What I seen the last video was made in October 22 on the Tarsacci. I would think a dealer out there should know something but if not be asking the man in the know. I sure didn’t get anything out of him . I got a thank you for being a customer but not one word about just maybe coming out with a small coil.

Detector Stuff I know you’re not a dealer for the Tarsacci but you had planned a interview with that company . Do you see yourself doing that anytime soon?

I don’t see myself buying back into the same I had but I wish I’d keep it. That’s more I can say for all the other detectors I’ve own. The Tarsacci had be the best built detector I’ve owned but’s just in need of some updates.

Only time will tell where the Tarsacci will be in a year from now. I truly hope not in a dead file somewhere.

  12. I’m sure all have watched the video of them digging that deep hole to put two big sheets of tin down to detect.

We still don’t understand the treasure that may be found on Oak Island but that’s beyond the average treasure depth. I say this if you out there with just your hands are if your lucky to have a shovel how much digging are you going to do. Maybe on a beach it could be deeper but the sand keeps sliding in .

I’m going to tell you a true treasure story. A man came to a cousin of mine that had a 3 hundred acres telling him it was a treasure on his place. The original wagon trail and stage run went on what was called back in the 18 hundreds a road that all travel. This took place back in the 60’s and this guy had some kind of metal detector. How I don’t know but this guy knew about where the treasure. In no time they got a signal. So my cousin started digging and after three feet he hit the top of the box.

This treasure story went on and gets more complicated as it went on.

My cousin some years later showed me the hole he dug to get to the treasure. You would bump your rear standing in that hole.

What I’ve been getting to is most treasure can be found with just about any detector with a large coil.

That treasure chest wasn’t very big maybe a little over a foot and half long with less than half wide. I don’t remember for sure but it I think was Spanish gold coins. He take a couple to a coin dealer and he said they were real . My cousin didn’t say if he had trouble lifting that box out of that hole. I do remember he said the coins was in dividers with only about three laying on top you could get to . The others had a wire over them to keep them in place.

Get your detector out with that big coil and check what depth you can get with it. Who knows you may have all you need already.

  13. Why is it the proof is in the pudding as they say.

I was trying to sign on in their site and got nothing. The other day I found where it showed the detector with both coils that we see on the videos but can’t find it now.

Not all is lost until it’s gone.

I’d still like to see more of this detector but maybe this time a in ground test. It’s proven that air testing in what you see is not always what you get.

  14. This thing looks too much like What Garrett put out and you carry this one very long you may need a new arm.
I’ve had the Gemini 3 and you can put it on a strap then hang it on your shoulder when your arm plays out. The best thing it’s totally self contained. You don’t have to go buy the detector like Garrett to make it work.

     Chuck

  15. The owners manual is just three pages with the first page is just a picture of the detector with the coil.

It shows the warranty is just for a year.

I hope it don’t come out looking like the first picture on the start of this post. I had a name brand detector with the control unit on top of the handle several years back and it was biggest crap I’d ever owned. I didn’t keep it no longer than it took to send it back.
All the weight is on top by and every time you put it down it would fall over like a dead dog.

Nobody as I know of have seen a price but with just a year warranty and the simplicity of the detector it can’t cost a lot. Having faith in your product would warrant a longer warranty in what you’re selling.

Maybe it would be best to have it clip on your belt than be sitting on top of the handle .

The shaft looked as if was anodize tubing and that went out with Buffalo chips. I do hope I’m wrong on that. That’s what was shown on their site..

For any reason any are all of my statement is in correct I apologize ahead of time and I’ll stand corrected at that time.
