Well for what it's worth I've ordered the 7in. Detech DD coil for my Mx Sport. People on here has said how good this coil is so I'm going to find out for myself. This coil may be so hot I may have to stand behind a tree just to turn my detector on. Chuck

I'm not one to watch but what did you say the GPS is on that site ? Just do like Fred said and camp plus hunt it like your life depended on it. When I was swinging a TDI I could hunt under any power lines without any trouble from EMI. My SPP will do the same and it's the low end of the TDI SL The SPP and the TDI SL would do better if they had more power but White's made them under powered. It's like buying a big car with a washing machine motor in it. What do you get ?( Crap ) Chuck

Rod I've looked around but even the ones that still sell the LS don't look like they have anything else. I went to Garrett but they don't show like the LS ever was. You'd think they would sell coils and covers for us people that still have the LS. One thing they don't run short of and that's the shaft. Chuck

So many of us are wanting and waiting for something new to fit our XP Deus. But or butt I just don't know what end is up waiting anymore. I guess if I had a lump of coal I could burn it to keep warm. Chuck

For what it's worth. I just got my Lost Treasure mag. of Feb. issue. and it's a short story about finding old coins. Carla was talking about where you find old silver coins you need to be looking for gold coins too. Old silver and gold could have been lost at the same time. She said people walking around with silver in their pocket had gold in that same pocket. I too have the MX Sport and must say I'm happy with it so far. The Best ! Chuck PS I've been thinking about going to a coin shop just to see what readings on gold coins I'd get. I had some gold coins but my ex got them. The shaft I got didn't have gold in it. haha

Let me tell you a story about First Texas. I ordered a Gold Bug Pro from a dealer and he had it drop ship direct from First Texas.. Well when I got it one of the shafts was missing. So I called and got a guy in Customer Service and told him what I didn't get. When I did get it ,it was the wrong one. I called again and got the same guy and like before we when over what I was missing. This time I got the part the control box fits on. I called again with the same guy we talk and talk. After all was said and done he went pick it out to ship himself. The trouble was he was telling someone else what I needed but that's where it went south. Chuck

Bob One thing they can't say about you and that's you're full of it. I was thinking about ordering a new coil from you but it too has a hole in and you may be selling me a used one with brown paint all over it. You called it paint! Chuck

Well I remember the Tuborg in Thule Greenland but I'm not sure if I want to wait on the smaller coil for my XP. If they being the powers that be don't say something soon it will be gone. It's too many detectors out there to say I can't live without this one. Chuck

MDCHIEFSH Okay being I don't have a small concentric coil I've been playing around with the 6 X 10 DD Sport Coil. Over time I may come out of the dark into the light and agree with you. I do like my MX Sport and I'm still happy I hung in there until everything was fix. The Best with your MX Chuck

Rob on Nuggethunting forum says he's get the new 19 inch coil and shipping out now. For you that has been waiting for it the waiting is over. Chuck

The one odd thing I see is the short warranty of just a year. If you can get out everyday to use this detector I'm sure that would be long enough for trouble to pop up. Most time if you going to have a problem with electronics it will come up in the first year. With me I may not get out to nugget hunt just one time in that warranty year..So to me it is short time. Where do I get in line to buy it.Haha Chuck

Norvic I too don't see the price on the Z to drop anytime soon. I've been in business over the years in different forums but in any I had to make a profit to keep it going. The same is true with any detector company in it's all about profit but sales come first. That new detector coming on line has to have something no other has to offer. If it's the same it's just got to be doing it better than the others. Some may use the term a edge in some form over another. The Best ! Chuck

If I have a wish that will come true in 2017 let our cup run over with detectors. The more detectors come on line the lower the price will be. The high end detectors like the GPZ will have to lower their price to sell. When this comes about I'll go buy the GPZ I've been wanting. For all of us out in the cold or heat swinging a detector it's a win win win all the way. Let it be best to all in 2017 in the detector you swing! Chuck

We hear about the hot PI detectors so many have to nugget hunt with. Maybe if you don't have far to travel you may not carry a backup. I myself it's a long trip to nugget land in the sky so I have a backup and another backup. What I'd like to know from you is your backup another PI are a VLF ? Whatever you carry have you had the need to fall back on it ? Chuck PS What I read on here it sounds if all own GPZ's.

What I didn't tell you in the above post is you get a great looking black case with a long strap to carry over your shoulder if want.. I'd like to thank the powers that be who posted the ad. Chuck
